Congratulations to Kari for winning her first Cruze Family Poker Tournament! She edged out Alex in one of the toughest and exhausting back and forth ever witnessed in any Cruze family poker tournament. Alex played a classic back and fourth, but it was Kari who won the day. In spite of Kari’s impressive win, it is still Art who stands at the top of the all time leader board. But you better watch out, Alex has moved up to third!

The rest of the winners were Steve who took third, Robin, in fourth, Greg, took fifth and Diane rounding out the money winners in sixth. This year’s bubble boy was Michael Thelen and Matthew Alderink did the walk of shame. As an aside, the walk of shame winner was awarded a scratch off by the hosts Megan & Peter. Turns out Matthew won $50 on his scratch off! He won more than most other players.

We would like to thank Megan & Peter for hosting this years tournament. They did a wonderful job preparing the meal and everyone had a great time.
